HOHOLALA GUIDE

From AI Visibility Audit to Action Plan

Turn visibility findings into a prioritized remediation backlog instead of a long list of disconnected observations.

Separate findings from actions

An audit finding describes what was observed. An action specifies what should change, who owns it, where it happens and how completion will be verified.

Score by impact and control

Prioritize issues that are both important to buyer understanding and realistically fixable. A wrong biography on your own site usually deserves attention before a speculative change on a low-value third-party page.

Use evidence gates

Define what “done” means: the canonical page is updated, conflicting profiles are corrected, a source is crawlable, or a prompt test no longer produces the same factual error across repeated checks.

Keep a monitoring loop

Visibility is not a one-time project. Recheck high-value sources and representative prompts periodically, especially after a rebrand, role change, domain migration or major content update.
